Lauren Reed Productions was formed by emerging producer Lauren Reed. Lauren trained as an actor at Arts Educational Schools, Chiswick and has worked in the industry for over 10 years. Lauren has a commitment to engaging audiences with underrepresented stories and bringing theatre and live performance into communities. Lauren's previous productions include MOTHERLOGUES (UK tour), Why the Child is Cooking in the Polenta, adapted by Romanian playwright Edith Alibec (UK Tour), Colour Is Too Sweet by Maya Pillay and also worked as the Community Engagement Officer for Crossline Theatre's production of Friday Night Love Poem. Lauren co-produced Essence by Sarah Henley at last year’s Vault Festival, where the project won the COMMON Bursary Award, in conjunction with The New Corn Exchange.
