On this page you will find guidance which will support the delivery of your 11 by 11 activity. Please review the information and links below and if you have any questions, please email us.
We are very pleased to have a range of blended offers available for schools in the 2021-22 academic year. As our activity partners rebuild their capacity and adapt ways of working following the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, we expect to continue offering activity and delivery in a hybrid format this year. Online only activity is marked out on the menu, and many offers are adaptable.
Should additional health and safety guidelines and regulations be implemented this year, we will communicate any changes to you. Please also be mindful to communicate any precautions or guidelines from your setting to us and our providers ahead of activity taking place. We look forward to working with you again this year and ensuring the safety of your school community and our partners.
Schools and Cultural Partners should discuss relevant Risk Assessment information to be completed in advance of the activity taking place. 11 by 11 Cultural Organisations should carry out their own Risk Assessment specific to their activity, run in line with the Schools Risk Assessment. Please make one another aware of any specific requirements.
Schools should share their Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct with cultural partners prior to the activity taking place. General Safeguarding information and our Cultural Partners Safeguarding Policies and most recent training certificates.
Monitoring and Evaluation
We encourage schools and partners to feed back on the quality of 11 by 11 experiences, so that we can evaluate the success of the programme.
Schools can feed back on activities by completing the schools feedback survey
Cultural Partners can feed back on their experience of 11 by 11 as a whole in the Cultural Partners feedback survey.
If your school or organisation has a twitter or other social media account, please do share your experience with your followers, tagging @IslingtonBC and #11by11. Please ensure you only share photos of pupils if you have written permission from the parent/class teacher.
