The October Gallery’s Education Department aims to communicate some of the rich stylistic diversity of contemporary art from around the world through schools, families and community workshops and long-term projects. Our project is a partnership Literacy and Art endeavour with local primary schools in economically disadvantaged areas, and the October Gallery. It is aimed at raising children's attainment, confidence and enthusiasm towards writing.
